How it works

  1. Tell us what happened - Complete the short form with a summary of the problem and what you want (refund, replacement, compensation, etc.), and attach any receipts or screenshots.

  2. We review your case - Your information is reviewed and a clear, firm complaint is drafted and sent to the company, using the appropriate route (email, webform or chat).

  3. We manage the follow-up - We keep track of responses, chase the company when needed, and keep you updated until the matter is resolved or clearly closed.

  • Online orders that arrived late, damaged or not at all

  • Refunds refused for faulty or poor-quality products

  • Subscriptions or memberships cancellation issues

  • Services not carried out as agreed (repairs, trades, cleaners, etc.)

  • Travel and booking issues with airlines, hotels or events

  • General complaint letters or escalation emails when you’re not sure what to say

Upfront fee: £10 per case
Success fee: 10% of any refund, credit or compensation we obtain for you

If nothing is recovered, you only ever pay the £10 upfront fee.
The upfront fee covers the time spent reviewing your case, preparing your complaint and handling correspondence. It is not refundable once work has started.
